What did i do.....?
to you toons in the CJ, to deserve this(and more, this is the only screenshot i have). i think this is the only time ive played with anyone in that CJ.

Odd behaviour. Maybe they were jealous of your laff or something. That phrase seems a little mean for a CJ phrase. Or just mean toons, who knows.

From that I would say you did absolutely nothing wrong, TNT's kill 11's as we all know, I have no idea what there problem could have been. It could be that you have better gags than them maybe. Some toons are downright mean though. Try not to let it get to you.

i just wanna know! its killing me. i thought i was pretty good at CJ, and i was hitting the scale (wich isnt hard)

Does not look like they said such bad things. Looks like you were in the way of them trying to hit the scale.

Your screen shot is gone, but I've gone in with toons before that constantly made negative comments for what seemed like no reason. Ignore them, they aren't worth knowing.

Hmm..
I was in a CJ last night and during the dance, some toon said the "move out of the way..." phrase to a toon who had stunned cogs the whole time--she was never even near the scale (I was on the scale with 2 others). I notice that the message box that phrase is in on your screenshot is sort of pink--it was the same color when that toon said it last night. Coincidence probably.
Also, I'm about as good on the cogs as the scales, but I prefer to scale because my sound is inop, so if I'm not facing the CJ, or at least the corner of him, I miss a lot of his jumps. Anyway, the other day in CJ, myself and 3 others were doing the scales. Two of them were new and not doing so hot...the third was some yellow horse. He was hitting the scales as well as I...when he was throwing evidence, that is. He kept yelling "you need to stun the cogs" was the only problem--he spent as much time doing that as throwing evidence, unfortunately. I assumed he was directing it at the two newbies who were having problems jumping and scaling, and instead tooned each other up a lot. During the dance, he said the phrase to me, and then the one about am I new here. LOL. Um, his laff points weren't high enough to be using that phrase to ANYONE, much less me. I found him on the playground, s/f chatting, and harrassed him a bit in front of his friend. It had me befuddled at first, but I realized the player is just a jerk--and either bored or "challenged" in a "special" way. New HQ, new phrases, same ol' jerks. Go figure. |

Well, I wasn't in the CJ in question, but...
The other day, I was in a CJ with you (OP), and I noticed you standing facing the CJ and not doing anything. Perhaps you were lagging (not sure?) but just after that you weren't there anymore. When you disappeared one of the other scalers got spooked and bailed as well. When he did that, a stunner got spooked as well and bailed. We attempted to continue with 4 for a while, but alas no one's heart was in it. Perhaps you lagged during that CJ as well? During the heat of battle it's hard for someone to tell whether someone is lagged or simply purposely not contributing. Just a thought. PS... I guess you didn't understand in the DA a little prior to that CJ... when you are at the clerk, and the invasion ends, when toons say, "Wait a minute" or "wait!" it means they need the invasion bonus on jury notices, and would like to wait to see if another invasion gets called. Killing the cogs solo because you need less than a D without invasions and then saying "Don't worry No problem" comes across as pretty inconsiderate.
