How to Install Toontown on Windows Vista

This is a workaround for Vista to install Toontown before the patch comes out. All of the credit for this goes to cyberaxe in the Tech forum down there; he wrote it, I just made a movie of it.

...and the music is there just for fun..heh.

It will but the only problem is that it wont let me update it. (Start the stetzer bottle) and says a unknown error so i cant fix it i am so annoyed i didnt play for about 6-7 weeks.

Hmm..well..everything works I guess but for some reason it's not finishing the download. It won't get to the part where the bottle is loading, or whatever. I tried clicking out and logging back in, but it keeps downloading it from the beginning.

What worked for me was i copied the disney folder from my pc that had windows xp onto a usb drive and copied them into program files on the pc running vista..............It worked for me.

Really hope you can help me. I have tried to follow your instructions to load Toontown on my Vista PC with no luck. I cant get past downloading the installer as it says web page not found. How do I find out which is the version of the installer currently in use?
