A way to beat the shuffle!
Ok, this works in any cog hq fac mint cfo ect. You say lets go in the mint and try making friends with the people you want to in with. Wisper to them wait while you change district. Tell them to tp and your done. Enjoy!
Note: I suggest you are 100lp+ for this otherwise toons may think you are a annoying noob.
