My first guess: You have too many files inyour Windows\temp folder. Older versions of OSes have a limit of 2,048 files in a folder, & I've seen people hit that. Solution: Go into the Windows\temp folder, sort by date modified, and delete anything more than one day old.

Second possibility: this isn't too likely, but if you have that file opened in an application, it can't be created. Best move is to go to the file & delete it (if it exists).

Third possibility: You could have a damaged area on your drive. Run Scandisk to check it.

My money is on #1 :)
