What is required is transparency not a perfect but closed system.
Sure, anyone can create a webmail account and start reporting/ending invasions falsely, same thing is true for IP addresses, but how many will actually do that? The payoff/inconvenience factor just isn't there....
On the other hand clicking the "ended..." button when you know that no one will know it was you or reporting fake invasions knowing that you won't be identified as the one who did it is painless and easy.
Tonight I reported an invasion of Two-Faces in Toon Valley. It was falsely ended, so I reported it again, and it was falsely ended again. When I tried to report it the third time I was blocked because it has been less then 10 minutes since the last invasion I reported. When was the block on the butthead who kept ending an ongoing invasion? Who was this butthead?
