I haven't tried the trial yet for Toontown France, but from what I've gathered of the screencaps, the language isn't really "French" anyway. What I mean by that is that there are a lot of made up words that don't really exist in the French language by translation standards: Laff, shticker book, cogs, gags, etcetera.
I can guarantee that in my profession as a French teacher I've never once seen those words-nor do I know how to say them... so they won't help much in your learning of French
The other speedchat phrases may work however
I'm sure they have some interesting stuff!
I agree that it might be fun though.
HOWEVER...
