I have seen the restock sound used twice and the restock throw used once and none of them restocked anything for me. Is this by design, did the card miss, or what? I have almost come to the conclusion that the cards are about worthless. I used a lure card and the toon next to me lured, so that one was thrown away. I saw somebody use a cogs miss card at the same time a toon lured, so that was a waste.
