when u are ready for promotion you can fight the V.P. i think you dont know about this because u fought the vp whenever u wanted not knowing u need merits and u just happenedto earn them

did u ever think about merits before a vp? if not then u just helped a friends and not noticed u earned a promotion and then u go to vp

see u need a certain amout of merits depending on ure desguise and level....sence ure a tele dude u dont need that much so u didnt notice

look at ure stats and the numbers will be say 20/100 or something...that means u earned enoph merits from the type of cogs needed to defeat that boss... when it doesnt say ready for promotion then u cant vp but everytime u vp'd u had a promotion so u just never noticed it...
