think like any gag, they can miss/hit with a degree of accuracy. I don't think that they are a guarantee hit all the time. But I can't say for sure that this a bug or not. All I can say is that I've had SOS cards miss before. I think I may e-mail Disney about that. Also get a clarification on what the stars on the bottom card mean.
