I actually knew what to do my second time and I could do it really well my third time. Luckily for me I had great teams those two times and I keep getting better and better.
So practice does make perfect (or close to it) so PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Oh yeah, one more thing, HAVE FUN! Some people don't seem to be doing this lately and they need to.
