You should be careful not to group ALL the lower laffers as being new and inexperienced. There are a lot of 'noobies' or lower laffers that are toons of players that have already maxxed a few characters already.

My latest is now up to 54 laffs. I know where I need to go to get certain building cogs and if I need to bring back a soccer ball, etc. I know what type of toons I will need to go with in order to succeed. I don't go around harrassing people. But if there are 3 people standing outside a building I will ask if they need help. If they say no, I keep moving. If they say yes, it doesn't mean that they should dump me for meaness because some other 54 acted like a jerk. And so what if they have to help me get through the building. I am not going to do anything stupid to get them killed. I might need a toon up along the way, but don't we all? Isn't that called teamwork?

And I have seen the higher laffers standing in front of my fishing line plenty times. I have also seen 2 102 throw different traps at the same cog. So, all the levels have their problems. It's not everyone that are bad toons. It's just the ones that are bad, make all the others look bad too.
