Actually, they give people who want to get a trophy a chance. Their chances winning and getting a trophy is low. I bet nearly everybody in toontown has the trophy of over 100 qualifies! This is because of the anvils.
You know, they can get rid of it, and replace it with a gag thats similar to the red shell. A gag that hits the person. Instead of covering thier screen.
