Plus, a point I'd like to make is that sometimes it's actually good to use sound & lure together. Like, for example, you have 3 high laff toons who could all take out at least a level 11 with maxxed foghorn. The fourth toon might want to go ahead & lure them in, to ensure that they foghorns won't miss.
Just when to use lure & sound together is the key!
