That's what I don't get.
I've seen toons (lower than 25LP'a) joining streets battles or builidings when they have half of their LP's gone and using low level gags on cogs 5+ and keep getting tooned up but eventually get sad. They get all mad at you and then start doing it again.
Don't they ever learn from their mistakes? Guess NOT!!!!!!
