If it was smaller than me, not even a germ could live there! And if it was smaller than this country, that still doesn't explain it. Here are some facts that explain why this true:
Almost no people in the world play Toontown.
Disney is rich.
And if even if it was smaller than this country [I don't think the UK is] that has nothing do with badges. It probably costs almost no money to make one badge! Maybe NO money! And I think the UK gets a test server.
