If you treat every toon in the game with respect, go out of your way to help others with their goals (even when it doesn’t help you at all), and just try to have fun, you will find yourself with more good friends than you have room for. And you will have a better gaming experience!

I totally agree! No matter what, I always try to help other toons(friends) when asked to do a cog building or needs help in a street battle, cause one day I'll need them to help me.

When a low toon asks another low toon to be their friend they have a 50/50 shot that they will say yes. Being so close in lp means they may have similar goals and they probably have plenty of room on their friends list. When they see a high toon they think it would be very cool and helpful to get them on their list and get quite upset when they are turned down. You are not even very likely to get a high toon to make friends with another high toon that they do not know because they don’t have room.

When I was a newbie, I didn't care if I had 15 or 16 LP's but as I gained more and more LP's, I carefully started to choose my friends (toons with same or more LP's than me).
