It all mattars on what
time you sign up.
I signed up really late at night, at 4am, I got my test account in 1 month! no kidding!
So try signing up late,(Because thats the time that
less people sign up, so you have a better chance of getting seen by Disney) unless your parents don't let you get on at that time, it would be best to follow the rules. (You can always have them sign you up late at night?)
