This really has little to do with your post, but I just wanted to mention...
Tink and I discussed this the other day.
I think a lot of this DOES have to do with testers.
As Mike said, whenever I tried to test racing on test, I couldnt, as there just wasn't enough people in either district to race with.
It's certain to be an unpopular opinion, but I personally think that testers who are more interested in maxing their cashbot suits than testing new content are as much if not more to blame than Disney for releasing bugged material to open. (Tink disagreed)
If they don't recieve any bug reports for over a week from test, and developers notice nothing wrong, isn't it fair for them to believe that the content is bug-free?
Like I said, this isn't necessarily what your OP was about, just wanted to throw this out there.
