If anyone can provide me with proof, I'll be glad to read it. Please post a link. Otherwise, this is simply your opinion, which is opposite from the reply I received. Yes, it is very similar to replies others have received, but if the Grand Prix races were not to be counted towards the first two rows, I do think that would have been stated in the reply.

I am a (long time) Tester and have seen all sorts of replies from TT regarding bug reports, including ones which clearly state that certain things are not supposed to be able to work in a specific manner.

Until I am presented with proof stating otherwise, from Toontown, I will continue to believe that it is a bug that TT has promised to fix.

Regarding using a new toon to test this, that is exactly what I posted in my previous post.
