You meant Trap, right? Drops do get the bonus.
edit- looking at the chart, it looks like you did mean drop. The drop tables will need to be redone to account for the bonus- for example, you can kill a level 9 with a safe plus a ton (60 + 45 + 21 = 126) and a level 10 with a pair of safes (60 + 60 + 24 = 144)
