To be on the final floor and go sad is SO frustrating! I think there are a lot of people who aren't sure how to work with ubers and therein lies the problem. I have two friends who made their black cats ubers, both at 35 laff. We took them to vp twice last night and they both danced BUT we did use two TOW because of missed lure. I'm always more than a little paranoid when they're playing those toons because I just can't stand it when someone goes sad from a missed gag!
I do have to admit that I do the mutilple lure thing too though if I know someone is working it. I could be wrong, but it seems that if 3 (or more) people lure the chances increase of it hitting, but that could be a delusion on my part.
If I have a toon with us that has trap I'll use that to try to help the smaller lure's hit as well, but that can easily backfire too if the trap is thrown backwards or wrong. I just wish lure was more consistant period! Ahh...good ol' TT.
