Because you have a limited amount of space in which to upload attachments - like your screenshots from the game, we need to let people know how they can still post screenshots. That's why that is stickied
We can not control what happens on any website other than this one, so we
do not allow links TO ANY OTHER SITE. Yes, we are a bit flexible when someone posts a link to something on Disney's site, but that's because Disney is going to be a safe, family friendly site. And this is a fan site for a Disney game after all.
As Scrat said, there has been an increase in this site violation. There are also some who think we allow you to advertise each one of your sites once. THIS IS UNTRUE.
It also doesn't matter how many times you ask us, this rule is not going to change. We have visitors of all ages come to this site, pre-schoolers to grand-parents. If you don't want your baby brother or your Grandmother to see a site, then it doesn't belong here. To make sure that this site and any links on it are safe for Baby and Grandpa, we do not allow personal web sites, personal message boards, user created IRC channels and chat rooms which are not endorsed by Toontowncentral.com to be linked here. Getting a site endorsed by Toontowncentral is not easy - as you notice, we do not have many.
