Last year on Octorber 31st you could make a new cat toon. When Flippy asked you to use the speedchat you had to say, "Toontastic!" and you would see a puff of smoke and you would be black. The black color never ended. Once you turned black you were always black.

Last year on test they came out a few days before Halloween.

No one really knows for a fact that they are coming this year. The TT newsletter said to "watch out for black cats and other superstitious things," but they did not guarantee you could make a black cat this year. We will have to wait and see.

Edit: No Toontown Freak you cannot make black cats on test yet and Squeaky, no they do not come out the same time as on open, it will be a little before if they do indeed come out this year.
