I ahve proof that Goofy Stadium,Fluffy or Funnys Farm,and Cog County.(whatever they name it.)On Toontown.com,go to "screenshots",select movie "life as a toon" and as soon as it is coming toward TTC,pause as it is right under the clouds.You'll see all the neighborhoods,even the ones not unleashed.But you have a 2-second time limit to do it.
