I did sign up for test, and I did get an email saying I got it... I could only get on it from my dad's house which got high speed internet... And I got on it a few times succesfully (I only go to my dad's every other weekend). But now,all it says when I log in is that my billing information is not valid. I can get on Open without billing probs, and on test it says you can edit your billing info, and when you click on it, it says you can only edit on Open. I can just kiss Test goodbye...
