An anonymous memo dated February 2, 2005, has been received by the Toon Council warning that the Cashbots have been secretly building a mint and are printing Cog money on the outskirts of Donald's Dreamland. When asked why the memo was not made public sooner, the Toon Council President, Flippy, said, "It was so weird... I was in Pajama Place introducing myself to the new shop keepers and I met this nice Toon named Whispering Willow. The next thing I know, I am waking up at my house and I find this memo in my pocket. Every time I go to Dreamland I seem to sleep for days!" All Toons are asked to boost their laff points and stock up on gags for the challenge ahead!
