I'm guessing that the length of your post is scaring people away from discussing it. I thought it was a mixed bag -- I saw plenty of things I agree with, but also saw some things that I at least partly disagree with. Hope you don't mind if I do a little nitpicking.

So if you are looking for a large number of Minglers, or Loan sharks - don't take along low laffers - and the more of you and the higher you are, the more and the higher the levels of the cogs you will encounter.

I don't think this is accurate at all. For example, If I solo a building but go sad on the top floor, then I come back to the building with more toons, I will see the exact same set of cogs. I've always assumed that the number and types of cogs is determined when the building is created, not by the number/level of toons who enter it.

Loosy Goosy posted an interesting thread recently which shows how you actually get MORE experience points by using lower gags on the top floor, with the goal of keeping the cogs alive for as many rounds as possible. You might want to check it out.

Actually, the layout of the factory makes it more logical to use the side entrance for parts runs (because you can complete it with one less battle), and to use the front entrance for merit runs (because there will be less backtracking involved).

Aren't you contradicting yourself a bit? If it's fun to go with anyone, why ask people to choose an entrance?
Using taunts ("Rock and Roll") to indicate your battle strategy is interesting, but seems difficult to teach just using SpeedChat. Not worth the effort for me, plus I have enough Secret Friends that it's usually not necessary.
