When I'm mid laff I head to DD....
Sally Kat toons up in the Brrrgh but generally at that level you leave buildings tooned up anyway so it's not too often that I have a lot of tooning up to do in the playgrounds...
It seems to be fairly common courtesy to make sure your fellow toons are healed before finishing a building, as long as there is no danger and everyone has toonup that is.
