You are going to have to visit NOTATIONS and CLEFF is gonna tell you he will give you inventory or something like that for a WHOLE CREAM PIE!!! So you gotta work that throw man and get that whole cream pie, or you will be stuck on that task for a while.

edit: Oh yah, glad you picked toon up. I try to avoid entering buildings with toons that don't have toon up. I need atleast 2 others to have toon up in a building other than me.
