Nobody knows when these things will come TO OPEN.
Elder Tasks are back on Test as are Cattleogs (its a cow - geddit?)
Cog HQ will come when Satan goes to work on a Skiddoo.
The problem is that these things need to be fully tested before they are brought to Open and you cannot predict how long that will take (the latest Test update reintroduced an ancient bug, for example).
So just enjoy what you have. Hope you do!
