[Super Bebop Petal Bumper]

There is something that's been bugging me. Why are Noobs/less laff toons hanging out in places they shouldn't? So here is a guide where everyone SHOULD be. 15-22 laff ttc, 23-30 DDock, 31-46 DG, 47-56 MM, 57-65 TB, and 66+ DD or anywhere else. Once I saw a toon with 17 laff trying to go into the factory! Not that I push noobs around I tell them to leave. I stayed where I was when I was supposed to be there. And I sugguest that to anyone else!
