I had some toons do a similar thing is TTC...I was playing Nutmeg and she needed bossbots...as I was running along I saw two toons standing in front of a 3 story boss building in TTC.
I walked up and said Hi, they immediately told me to go away...I thought okay fine see ya. So I hung around for a bit because I saw one say 'Lets wait for my friend'.
The friend showed up.
The THREE of them went into the building. 
They wouldn't let me in even though there was space?!?
I thought that was pretty unfriendly and uncalled for.
