Case of the missing buildings and Drive By tooning

Normally, I am not one to rant.
That being said, here is my rant.

A friend of mine really needed level 5 bossbot buildings. After about 20 minutes, I found one. As we were getting all friend toons together (4 of us total) , a toon runs up. Now three of us are standing there waiting for the last. Drive by toon calls up his buddy, walks into the elevator with buddy, says "lets go!". Now that really annoys me but is just the start of my rant.

For the next 45 minutes I jumped from server to server in Donald's Dreamland, trying to find a level 5 boss. I found: One level 5 (taken) and one level 3 (not what we needed). In the meanwhile my friend was hopping through the Brrghs, finding no level 5 boss either. After 45 minutes I actually found one, doors open and everything.

Two issues:
1. To those who see that there are toons in front of a building, tossing out speedchat phrases like:
"No thank you"
"No"
"Sorry"
"Lets wait for my friend"
STAY AWAY FROM THAT BUILDING! It is quite rude to take this building from toons who just spent 20 plus minutes searching for it. And no, I was not on a server like the Old Sillyham. I can understand all those solo toons on that server running into buildings, and tend to avoid overly populated streets.

2. The drop to 16 servers has once again made toontown not very much fun for me. I am not so sure I want to play a game that requires 75 percent of my time walking around trying to find a task requirement that consumes only 25 percent of my gameplay. Now, sometimes people get lucky and find what they need right away. Generally, for me and my toon friends, this is not the case.

All that rant ranted, what do other people think? I never rant without some suggestions, so here are mine:

1. An elevator button. When a toon finds a building they press an elevator button which starts a timer. The toon that presses the button chooses the toons that come with them. If the timer runs out, said toon may not press the button again, it must be pressed by another toon. If said toon leaves the street, timer is reset and another toon can press the button. This would greatly reduce mine and others frustrations about the scarcity of buildings.

2. Populate more buildings. I cannot think of any reason in this game to not allow for more buildings, other than Disney getting worried about game stagnancy due to many toons getting maxxed out.

3. Do not create tasks that enforce a toon to spend more time running around streets and fighting other toons for buildings. Either allow for enough task items to meet the current task demands in a reasonable timeframe.

OK, I feel better now.
Feel free for rejoinders, sympathy, or get-well cards.
