There hasn't been a character reset since October 2002, so there are a lot of Toons that go back that far (10 months).
The Test server came up in January 2003, and hasn't had any character resets.
This month will mark the second anniversary for the first public players, there are still a few of them around, I think. :)
As for power-leveling a Toon, the current record is held by Tornado and another Toon whose name I forget, they maxxed out Toons in about the same amount of time, under 2 weeks. (
Thread here ). I'm not sure who was first to max out since the last reset, it might have been Skip.
There isn't really any way to compare the good ol' 1.0.13 version of Toontown for power-leveling. Back then, we had all gag tracks available, but had to take them in order. Buildings gave 1x#floors experience, instead of 0.5x#floors. We had the 9999 bug on gag experience making maxing gags interesting, and the 99 Laff bug to finally kill off a Toon. Ah, for the good old days. :)
