I think this site should bring back the naughty toons list. There needs to be a way to warn other toons of rude, reckless, or hurtful toons. The people behind these naughty toons need to learn their lesson. They need publicity for the trouble they cause. That way if the naughty toon is reported and all their friends leave him/her they might think about how their actions affect other people.
