I logged into test today and used my maxed toon with 4 open task slots to look for one of those Elder "Helper task for reward" I never did find one. Surely they are not going to be as hard to find as say a genric cog task. I usually shop long and hard for those task when I get to 81 lafs.
I cant see how they say Elder helper task as a feature then announce it in an update and make them as rare as a white tiger.
