Before we go pointing fingers at who is at fault for the new content being released to the open server before it was ready, most testers know the TT dev's are famous for just that!!
They closed us for maintance on Tuesday just as we were done for the day. I was unable to get back to test for the rest of the day to test anything. As I'm sure a lot of testers did not have the time to do so in the 12 hours they allowed before deciding it was ok to add to the open server.
I was shocked when I woke up yesterday and they had put the content on the open server, I knew without testing the newest maintance that once again it was NOT ready for open.
Since I may see one maybe two test toons when I am on, there is no way to test what would happen in districts like Nutty River.
