On topic, that would be the easiest choice. You can go
here if you want a quick link to "Forgot Password." The phone is usually a last resort to me becasue of the often confusion it causes and I just feel sorry for the people who have to man those phone lines. It's a hectic job and usually goes un-thanked. Though, you have to do what you have to do.
If it helps, I sometimes use the same password for just about everything I do. Forums, Email, etc. It helps keep me without having to remember over 10 passwords. Though, there are security problems with that choice so I wouldn't recommend it if you have other people going on your account and such.
