So do I. I was in Cog Golf Course and hopped in the cart to the next level then everything went black so I have to log out. When I tried to log in again it said my Username or Password not recognized.
I tried to login through website and it said the same thing as you :Internal problem 501. When I request the password through the forgot password, it said this user name doesn't have email on it.
Oh well
