What the mods do isn't important anymore. The fact that they did delete my thread---days after it was posted, and for no good reason---is enough for me. I spent a lot of time writing that, and it's gone without warning, while threads started by people with the mentality of ten-year-olds, manners of hungry billygoats, and a lack of grammar skills are still there, even when reported.
If I make one more post here after this one, I seriously hope something bad happens to me in real life.

I liked this statement by you, "they delete my thread---days after it was posted, and for no good reason." It's funny, because you said the exact same thing last time you were crying about one of your posts or threads, whatever it was, getting removed. Then you actually TALKED TO A MOD, and they told you why the thread was deleted, and you understood. That's why you should PM a mod.
