damage is too weak... well considering its damage is to all cogs x4 basically its most powerful gag at 200 with one hit.

you need alot of experience to the next sound gag... Only at first, once you get the last and longest of gaps between gags, 6000-10000 for most others 7500-10000 for sound, plus all gags are 0-10000 from start to finish. Sound is quickest to max in my opnion as once you got to 3/4/5 gags u tend to use more, in factory, vp, then in mints as most people are trying to get through as quick as possible so are using sound.

whats an aoogah anyways?
Aoogah or Oogah is an old fashion horn that was found a lot on the first cars made, a long horn usually with circular twist in middle, was powered by a large rubber bulb at one end that was pressed to make that distinctive sound. This sound is associted with traditional style cartoon cars, hence its relationship with tootontown.
