Everyone that had userpages before, still has them. We'll be adding the links to everyone's userpages back to profiles soon as we can. The directory link to userpages is

I've disabled tags till we've had more time to set something up with those. It's just an easier way to search for specific topic threads.

That's correct. You can customize the fonts, colors, and add images as a background. We'll be modifying profiles soon to make them more user friendly over the next couple of days.
