Ive always thought that you land in the district that would be seen as most ideal - you dont land in full districts for obvious reasons, and I rarely land in blue ones. When I go on very early in the morning GMT time, it'll send me to either Nutty River on Nutty Summit - at that time all districts are blue except those two which are green, so itll send me to one of them.. if oyu get me :P
