[Truly Scrumtuous]

Unfortunately, this same thing happened to us yesterday, but I wasn't the one tp'd back to the playground.

We had already lost one toon and so the 3 of us went on, we did great, were working well together, then on the 8th floor in front of the kart, we suffered lag the way you do when someone disconnects. When we had defeated the cogs, this 3rd toon kept dancing when we left the battle, as happens when a toon is stuck. We were sad, made sad faces, but had to move on, assuming he was stuck.


Now, on landing back in the playground the 3rd toon is waiting for me to whisper That wasn't nice, I'm stuck, Wait for me, ???? is angry, over and over.

I had honestly figured this toon was stuck, it happens an awful lot on the 8th floor of the Back 9 and is nothing unusual.


I like to think of myself as a helpful toon, always willing to wait if need be, happy to go with randoms, help the smaller toons, etc. On this occasion the toon we ran with was one I had run with previously and I knew as a good player, so I did a Back 9 with him, to help him out, when I didn't really need that many options. In hindsight, I guess he wishes I hadn't bothered !!!
Now I wouldn't usually post about such a thing happening, but I do have a conscience, and I do feel sorry for this toon, we didn't do it on purpose, we genuinely thought he was stuck and by all indications, he was. Once a toon carries on dancing after the battle, they are usually a gonner.


So all in all, not all toons who do this do it on purpose, in fact 9x out of 10 they probably don't abandon you on purpose. I guess I am going to have to take his frustration whenever he sees me from now on.

What makes it worse was I think it was his last run of a 23k from what he said outside.
So, sorry DTG if you see this, I genuinely set out to help you, not hinder your progress in any way. We have to remember these things do happen, it is a game, and things go wrong occasionally.

Maybe this is a new bug as it seems to have happened a few times?
