Is that actually true... that doesn't seem to make much sense to me. If the cog isn't lured and you lure it damage or not in between in seems that you would get experience points....
Apparently, what I said was inaccurate. What I described is true if there is only one cog involved.

I went into the street, lured a cog, passed until it unlured, lured it again, and then destroyed it. I got credit for one lure.

I then lured another cog, hit it for minor damage, lured it again, and destroyed it. I got credit for two lures.

For groups of lured cogs, you only have to do damage to ANY of them in order to be able to relure them and get credit. You don't have to do damage to each of them. In other words, you can lure two cogs, destroy one, pass until the other one unlures, lure it, and destroy it for two lure credits.

To verify this, I went into a one-story building, destroyed the first cog (without luring), then lured the two cogs that came out for the second wave. I destroyed one, then passed until the other was unlured, lured that cog again, then destroyed it. I got credit for two lures, even though the second cog was never hit for damage between lures.
