Cattlelog - You can order the "speedchat phrase"from your home cattlelog you can go to by getting on your phone. It comes randomly, so you never know.
True Friend Chat - The easiest way, would be if you are a cat, to say the letter "o" about 3-4 times, which generates that sound.
