most of the time they really are trying to help, but they are confused about what to do. you just have to let them learn from their mistakes. try to coach them through it and help them understand. if they can't get the hang of it, or if they are ignoring you and you think they're TRYING to tick everyone off, then wait until the CFO throws gears at them and take over their crane.
