Just another thought:
if the rest were sfs or the majority was it could be they were sos shopping i know most will do this in a different district than river but if they have no way to get back in river they will run it in river as with bossbot being out now its not uncommon to go vp in river and be standing and waiting for enough toons to show up so it is easier to get a large group of sfs on the elevator
again its just a thought
