I did re-join. Once TTRH was reformed and reconstucted, I felt like I could join back with ease, and not have to worry about the clan falling apart.

The basic guidelines to
become a Staff Member is just to be kind, courteous, help members, know a little about the clan, and attend events. The most active will be picked in the future, and they will be given the staff spot. We just don't hand it out to random people willy nilly. Also, like
PPM said, "Asking decreases your chances for a staff position." If you ask, and show your immature, there is no reason for us to give you the part.

On another note; as said above, we
really don't have many active members. Therefore, there is really no need for many staff. If the members increase, and we have a dramatic increase in problems, or need new ideas, we may hire a few more specialized positions. For now though, there is no reason for any more staff members. Thanks for the intrest though.
