Looks like that's copied straight from the Guide! If you look at Walrus Way in pp 62-67, you will find that there are 0% Cashbots. The Sellbots, Cashbots, and Lawbots are most likely to be found in the following places:
Sell: Oak Street
Cash: Pajama Place
Law: Polar Place
